How to Commission
1.Join my discord server (CHIN CHA CAFÈ) OR dm Twitter : @fluffyhualon2.Read Discord rules and my term of service in #CHAIN CHA CAFE(MENU) ->fluffy's set.3.Sent me a brief (Type of asset, amount, object, deadline, file size etc.) and to DM Discord : Fluffybby #5755 or DM Twitter : @fluffyhualon for calculate the price and books a queue.4.You must pay first 50% of the price of work. Then I'll send you the RAW and the first draft. You can revise until they are perfect before proceeding WIP.5.The commission work can be followed up on at any point during the predetermined period of time. The job can revised twice as needed (There will be an additional charge for the 3rd time onwards.)6.Check the final work and pay the remaining 50% before finishing the work
terms of service
1. Please read and understand the artist's " terms of commission" of the assignment. To prevent miscommunication between the artist and customers before commissioning artwork. Consider accepting all terms and conditions as stated.2. If a mistake occurs as a result of customers not fully understanding the terms and conditions. There will be no responsibility on the part of the artist.3. The artist has the right to refuse to accept the work. If the description of the order does not correspond to the expertise of the artist4. Artists have the right to use commissioned Arts in their portfolio.5. Artists have the right to publish their work’s processes including sketches on any social media platforms due to their own convenience in purpose of promoting and advertising.If customers do not want their work to be published, it can be notified in advance. The customers need to pay an additional 20% of the price of the commission. Because of losing an opportunity for showing their skills and work.6. Artists have the right to own all of the sketches and files that are used to create the work as their proprietary right.7. Resealing on NFT, Cryptocurrency platform, including any similar technology in any case is unexceptional prohibited.8. Commissioned work is not allowed to be used for AI Generate or any similar technologies.9. Claiming to be the owner or the creator of the work is strictly forbidden.
